Arminius et Flavus is the new work of Lochdweller (Yr-Nhhhgr of Spells of Misery) with the partecipation of Vrangr for the track Varus. Changing from the ambient nature of his previous effort here Lochdweller fuses funeral doom and black metal with a very regal feeling.
Inspired by the story of Arminius and Flavus, two barbarian generals who served under the roman empire and following the Arminius betrayal they face each other in the battlefield.
